Imaging
Saigon Pet Hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging Department is able to perform numerous modern techniques, including Ultrasound, radiographic examination (X-ray, CT scan), and endoscopic investigation, facilitating the most accurate evaluation and diagnosis for your pet’s condition. The strength of our Diagnostic Imaging Department is the ability to accurately analyze and diagnose by a team of experienced doctors based on the images obtained led by DVM, PhD. Nguyen Van Nghia – a lecturer at Nong Lam University specializing in Imaging Diagnosis.
At Saigon Pet Hospital, we offer advanced CT scan services, providing crucial detail in diagnosing complex conditions that standard imaging might miss. From detecting tumors to evaluating internal injuries, our cutting-edge CT technology ensures precise, in-depth insights for better treatment planning. As one of the few veterinary hospitals equipped with a CT scanner, we take pride in offering this exceptional diagnostic tool for your pet’s health.
Our imaging team performs all the abdominal ultrasounds in the hospital and also uses our medical-grade ultrasound machine to assist in the assessment of orthopedic, thoracic, and soft tissue diseases. We are also able to utilise ultrasound technology to support procedures including fine needle aspiration, thoracentesis, cystocentesis, and abdominal paracentesis as required to help our clinicians reach a final diagnosis.
